Rod Bushings are made from the toughest USA made Bronze material available. Same material used in the Billet Tractor rods that see 250psi of boost!

All machining is done on New 4 & 5 Axis CNC mills right here in the USA.

Big End Housing Bore Size is stock 2.6375”
Small End Pin Bore is stock 1.359” -1.360”
Big End Width is 1.107” (To give the rods more side clearance)

Recommended Rod side clearance = .035”-.050” to let the hot oil out away from the rod to allow the cooler fresh oil supply to the rod bearings.

ARP L19 7/16” Rod Bolts Torque @ 80 lbs w/ARP Ultra Torque Lube. Torque these bolts in 3 steps
1st torque = 50 lbs.
2nd torque = 80 lbs.
3rd torque = 80 lbs.

These are designed to use Clevite CB1805H or equivalent rod bearings.
